After spending so many years of my life hurting my body in every way possible, out of anger and depression, somehow I managed to turn all that into self love.

Loving yourself is not just about accepting your self and image, it's about wanting to take care of your mind, nurturing your body and saying "thank you" for all the wonderful things it does for you.
